This is a cool webcamera i came across, instaled in the Gatorland Park, FL. The camera is called Gatorland's Gator Cam and you can see alligators swim around.

Just a cool use of a webcam for webatraction! Hope you guys like it!

That's brilliant! I can't wait to show my kids when they get home this afternoon. I particularly like the way you can control the camera.

Cheers

Hey that is cool. I wonder what time they feed the gators!

I liked the lizard this site has for their camera demo. The camera is zoomed right on him. I don't see any controls to move the camera around but someone was earlier because it was zooming all around the lizards tank.

John555,

If you want the camera controls use this link http://ncr.dynalias.com:800.

The username is demo and the password is demo.

This will allow you to move the camera around.

To control the camera you have to click on the "start control" buttom. If there is a waiting list you will see how long its gonna take and when its your turn the clock will turn green.
You have aprox. 1 min. to play around with the camera and then you can get in the line again. You move the cameras clicking on the arows arounde the picture. You can also try the presets.
If you still cant control it, let me know...

Thank you for the url Wes. There was no "START CONTROL" button to press. I had control right away. Does that only come up when more than one person is viewing the cam?

Actually, Mari was talking about the Gator Cam that has the button to start control.

The camera hooked up to the lizard tank doesn't have that option. You get control right away.

I see, well that makes sense.

A friend of mine has one of those lizards, I can't remember the name of them. His is a hell of a lot bigger though. Anyways I will tell him about it.

Cool Cams!

I'm trying to learn more about these cameras. I want to get a few hooked up in my house and garage. I will ask for help here when setting them up because I know nothing about them and I hear they can be a pain to setup.
