The Toshiba IK-WB11A comes with recording software when you buy the camera. The price of the camera is affordable, ranging around $500.00. This camera can go in/outdoors without the need of an extra camera enclosure.

4XEM cameras also have free recording software included. I think it goes up to 16 cameras. D-Link might as well but I will look into that before I say they do 
I know 4XEM cameras start pretty cheap too, around $150 I think for a low end camera.

Just to add on to my previous post.....D-Link also includes free recording software as well. It records up to 16 cameras.

Thank you for your replies Mari and Wes. I will keep that Toshiba camera in mind and I will look into D-Link and 4XEM IP CAMERAS.

Yes. Go here: http://www.supervisioncam.com/
The software is developed by a guy who is probably a one man shop, but it has been out there for years and lots of people use it. ITS FREE!
