Hello everyone,
I am a new member and have been reading this fine forum for a while now and picking up some useful information. Well, now I am stuck. I was able to get one 4EXM IPCAMWLPTG camera up and running and sending email for motion detection with no problem. I liked it, so I purchased another one. Here is where the trouble starts. I have everything set up but can not access the camera through IE7 after adding a new host name to my Dydns.org account. The IP address for the camera is 192.168.1.104:81 which I can only view locally if I link to it via the installation wizard. I can not just type in the 192.168.1.104:81 into IE7. Dydns.org will not let me add the (:81) to the IP address. It says that that is invalid. I did let me just add the 192.168.1.104. I have the new port forwarded in my router to 81 (the other camera is on port 80). I have a Linksys WRT54GS. Any idea where I drove off the cliff? Thank everyone in advance for their input.
