I have seen a Vivotek PTZ camera on ebay for a reasonable amount of money. the back of the camera looks just like the Dlink 6620g adn the 4XeM equiv.
If reports the same features as these two other cameras as well.
Does anyone know if the internals might be the same animal inside?

Forgot the link to the one I saw... here tis'

the internals are pretty much the same between Vivotek, 4XEM and D-Link. The firmware is different though with some minor yet not important changes.

I usually suggest 4XEM cameras between the three of those manufacturers because you get the good tech support. D-Link customer support doesn't know they products, Vivotek is based in Tywain. 4XEM specializes in their cameras so the tech support is dedicated to their camera line.

If the price is right, go for it, just realize tech support might be a pain Wink
