I'm working on a new web project and part of it is to deliver video on demand.
This video will be recorded from different stations that we will setup network cameras. We will also need to take interviews through the internet using the stations and our main office.

I'm new to network cameras and I'd like to know from anyone that had the experience which cameras are the most appropriate for this purpose. What brand and model? We need really good quality as in our plans is to provide content for other digital platforms.
is there a need for video server in such cases?

I'll appreciate any help and suggestions from people who've done this before.

It sounds like you would need a really high resolution camera but with a great frame rate. You could try 4XEM's Enterprise Level of network cameras - http://www.4xem.com/products/enterprisefixed/index.html

The reason I suggest these is because they have great frame rates at high resolutions.

Do you know what software you might use? Where will people be viewing the video? Will it be live on the Internet or recorded video?
