Most video servers I've come across are one or four ports. For installations with large numbers of analogue cameras, I've used the Axis Rack Chassis which can take 12 4 channel video servers in a 3U 19" form factor. Each card does still require an ethernet port locally. Alternatively stick a 16 port switch in the rask with a fibre link back to the main comms cabinet...
