dcs-2120 no streaming image over evdo sprint

connect failed message appears when i access my router from remote location.blank black image..
i am able to change settings and all of the other functions but no streaming video.
i am able to take a snapshot without a problem.
also trying to view on pocket pc but i do not know the proper string to type into real one player. rtsp:// ...something like this?
from my remote laptop or any other pc i type http://(sprint card ip address):8080
i have tried for three weeks by myself and now i am asking for some help..thank you in advance mike aa1mike@greatlakes.net
