I can access the camera thru IE on some computers but on others I get the http 400 bad request. All running XP, all updates loaded including IE7. I can ping the camera. If I do a start run and put in the ip address it will bring up IE and the userid and password window but then fails when I enter the info. I installed Mozilla Firefox on the computer and it works.
Obviously it is an IE problem.
Any suggestions on what to change in IE
Thanks Jim

Did you have MS's Silverlight add-on installed?
See http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=1753.0
For my D-LINK DCS-6620G, I found firmware 1.05 has apparently fixed the issue. 1.04 release note claimed a fix, but not so in my experience.
