Armand: Thank you for your query. Unfortunately the camera which you are referring to is not a normal AXIS camera but a STS/AVHS camera, please note that we do not provide support for STS/AVHS cameras, in this case for any support queries you will need to refer to your "provider" which should provide you with information and support on this type of cameras.
