Hi to everyone. I hope someone can help me with this problems that occurs from about 2 months with these vivoteks ip cams.
I have installed in my store 8 vivotek FD7131 and i control them with ST3402 monitor software.
Seems everything works fine(i made a pc with only the software for cams, and i connect this PC with video splitter to a remote monitor, so i can check the images of all the cams every 5 seconds from this monitor)
During the normal working hours seems the cams works, but when i leave the night and come back the morning, on the monitor compare the error message "monitor_vv.exe" crashed, so i must relaunch the ST3402 monitor.
I have upgrade all the cam firmwares to the lastest one and also have tried the lastest version of ST3402 monitor software.
How can i resolve this?
Is there another monitor software that can work with those cams and use it?

Any help is very apreciated.
Thanks in advance for yoru replies
Very Happy
