I am having an issue with image quality from my IPCAMW30. I have a lot of artifacts or dots all over my image. I need to know if this is normal with this camera or do i have a defective camera.

Actually this is normal for the IPCAMW30. It usually happens in low light. You can try reseting the camera by unplugging the power and plugging it back in. See if the dots go away.
