Hi forum,

i'm using a Toshiba IK-WB 02 for several months now, but also the support can't solve my problem till now.
I configured the cam for storing pictures on motion detection to a local ftp-server (in my network). But it didn't change the date/time-stamp in the filenames until i have connected it with a windows client. It seems that the clock stand still if the cam isn't accessed through the IE. If i connect the cam with my windows-browser the clock starts running aggain (but with the wrong time). I configured the cam for syncronize with a ntp-server.
The second problem is, that i can not see the video-window of the cam anymore on my main windows-pc. This is since the last win-installation on my pc (winXP-Pro), I think that this cam because of the fasct that my windows isn't on C: anymore (my boot-partition is H:, because of the card-readers i have installed).
I want to know if there is anybody who can verify my problems ? The only suggestion from the support for the moment is to change the battery of the rtc in the cam, but 1. it's not easy for me to find the battery here in germany, 2. i think this should only be a problem if i power down the cam, but it is running 24 hrs a day.

hopping for help, with kind regardes, Stephan
