I there a software program that will allow me to view a live feed from a Blackberry? I'm also looking for something that records video.

I am using blue iris. this software supports a great deal of cameras. It provides you for watching an mjpeg stream but also jpeg pull single images, if your browser does not support anything else.
blue iris also supports motion detection based recording of your cameras.
If you want I can setup a cam for you to test with your blackberry
