i have two new panasonic cams - i set up the viewnetcam.com accounts. i set them up to allow viewing over the internet. after a few hours a cannot view them anymore over the internet. they still work fine locally - I have to go back into internet and click save in the "Allow Access to Internet" section of the camera software program - it gives me the following message -

"Router configuration in progress to allow access from the Internet.
(Port forwarding configuration by UPnP.) "

after this it works fine again opver the internet but stops again after a few hours.

any help would be appreciated.

this is my first experience with netcams and it is for my baby with new nanny

Hi, try turning off UPnP in your router. If possible set the port forwarding manually by entering corresponding port numbers on the IP camera and 'virtual server' or 'applications' settings on your router.
