I have just the opposite problem of a server/encoder.
I am planning to live broadcast an event. I will have three analog cameras connected to a streaming server.
I will also have another camera 1 1/2 miles away. There is a microwave ethernet connection in place. I can put an IP webcam and connect to the existing network. The ABS Megacam 4210 is what I am planning on using.
I need to decode the stream so that I can input the video to VidBlaster Pro video mixer software. The camera has MPEG4 encoder output.
I need to access the audio stream so that it can be input to a hardware audio mixer. The camera has RTSP audio encoder.
I would prefer a software solution, but any solution would be helpful.
The camera has Networking Protocols TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP, FTP, NTP, DNS, DDNS, DHCP, UPnP™, RTSP, PPPoE, 3GPP
