Thanks for looking at this post. I need to find a camera package that I can use for a research project. Essentially this camera will be on the side of a traffic signal pole and subjected to winter and summer conditions in northern Canada.

I need to find one camera that is:
- Vandal Resistant
- Capable of operation in -50C (-60F) to 40C (105F) temperatures, and seasonal weather such as rain, snow, etc.
- suitable for low light operations
- Fixed
- Continuous operation
- Pendant or wall hung.

Camera does not require audio, high frame rates, or high resolution.

In terms of storage:
- has digital storage of video for upto 3 months continuous recording, or 4 weeks with easily swapped storage.
- Storage is stored onsite, in a signal controller box at an intersection (weather resistant, but not temperature controlled)
- time stamped video
- software ability to skip through video to motion detections or a given time would be beneficial.
- capable of operation in -50C to 50C

I've thought about the Bosch 100 Series, but really do not know what is available and what is cost effective. Your help would be much appreciated.
