I was impressed by the write-ups saying how easy it was to instal the IP Candy Bar Cam - and have just installed it. It was certainly disarmingly easy. The bundled software is called Camview.

My question (hope it's not dumb) is when I connect via the Camview software is it accessing the camera directly via the router or can I be confident and certain that it is connecting via the internet in the same way it would do when I'm away from home.
