Computer, Internet and TV Surveillance

I am new to surveillance and I am seeking a solution to the do the following:

Have surveillance cameras that I can view from multiple tv's as well as view over the internet. I am assuming I can use analog cameras with some type of video server with ethernet output and bnc passthrough.

Does that exist or are there other suggestions. I am open to IP Cameras just not sure how to get the output back to multiple tv's
