Need help PLEASE!!! Got this camera working but no audio over the internet. I get audio at home when liked to my router but video only away from home. Also, I have it set pointing to windows from inside a room. The light that comes in seems to give a HORRIBLE quality picture. Is there any way to adjust focus or something? My main problem right now though is no sound. Thanks! Confused
Frustrated and fed up

Some IP Cameras will disable the audio over an Internet connection if there is not enough bandwidth. What kind of connection does the camera have to the Internet as well as the remote PC you are using to view it?

You can purchase an auto-iris lens for your camera which should improve the quality considering it is pointing at windows from inside a room. You just have to make sure your camera has an auto-iris port. I can look into seeing if the NC800 has that and what the best lenses would be.
