problem with Panasonic Network camera BL-C131

I have an IP camera (BL-C131),I wrote a similar program as the offical website to show the dynamic image from the camera.But everytime when I klick the control panel(up, down,left and right).There is a window named "nphControlCamera" opened automaticlly in a new window.This window will show a message "most right/left/up/down" if the camera reaches its most right/left/up/down position.But it is an empty webpage before the camera reaches the most position.
Could anybody help me on this issue?

If you are using ie8 set it to compatibility view mode. Maybe even ie7, too.
