This camera is enabled to send alert e-mails, upon activation of the motion detection. The problem is that the camera sends alerts every two minutes, no matter what is sees, even it does not see anything. I have adjusted sensitivity
to "0" and switched off the illuminating LEDs, then put the camera in absolutely dark and empty room - no moving objects, no light sources. And it still send e-mails every two minutes. Those of you who dealt with Lorex know, that Lorex has an exceptionally poor technical support - actually, no support at all, unless
you can spend the whole day being "on hold" on the phone.

Any ideas are highly appreciated.

P.S. - Camera does not have any switches or "hard key" adjustments.
