Hi !
I need your help before returning this webcam (GD2805) to reseler !

I can't get any image or video with this new cam.
I can connect to this ip, modify all options but i definitly can't get any image from this webcam
The screen is blue and nothing happen !


I guess this webcam is bad ?
I tried to connect in FTP and Telnet but with no luck (wrong log/pass).

My firmware version is strange too: 1.0.2



I only have 1 file on 3 tu upgrade this firmware.
Pleaze someone can help me !?

You can try it (only during few day):

Yes, you are right... The image is not working...

Sad

My firmware is the 1.0.1, and the image is working with the same OCX than yours.

Have you tried the OCX that is coming in the CD??

Yes i tried the ocx on the CD.
Are there other OCX that can be used by this cam ?

Yes the cam can move perfectly (only in liveview mode but i think it's ok for that)

And when i snap for a picture there is only 1 file of 1KB recording....

I can't upgrade coz the sdk demo tool can't connect to the webcam !
When i plug the webcam in dhcp i have an error: "the data of the video is bad STOP review"

Fed up with this cam

I guess this firmware is for the old model of Goscam, and not for the new one. I cannot update either...

Anyway I'll send back the cam to the reseler.
