Whats the BEST quality PTZ IP Camera / dvr or nvr?

Hello all i hate to be the one to ask repetitive questions but here's my scenario

I want to set up a 6 or 8 camera system at my house. I originally set up a Analog 4 camera CCTV/DVR, but would like to replace take a advantage of IP technology as well as better video quality. I like the gatorland quality, but if there is better out there im up for suggestions!

*What are the best outdoor PTZ IP cameras out now? (Video Quality & Night time clarity)

*What is the best Software to use if i have a dedicated PC for recording? (Remote viewing & controlling cameras from broadband or 3G Blackberry would be a priority)

*What would be the best option to extend the video output to to my LCD TV in my living room and bedroom. (2 additional outputs)

*Has anyone successfully installed a hardwired camera in the peephole of their front door?

*For additional nighttime lighting would a motion flood light wash out the camera image if so what type of lighting would be recommended to picture quality.
