Which WiFi PTZ

Hi all,

First post here so - nice to meet you all...

I've been reviewing budget CCTV for a couple of months now since some of the work shy little darlings in our local area decided to help themselves to some of my hard earned toys and gadgets. It appears they had forgotten their keys and decided to rip off my patio door. Bless !

I'm looking at 2 cameras - one for the front one for the back.

Unfortunatly money is an object for me so I'm working to a budget.

My camera wish list is as follows:

Weatherproof for external installation
IP
WiFi - ideally WPA (so I don't have to run cables across the house)
IR (approx 10M so I can cover the front door and the garden with sufficient illumination)
PTZ (so I can scan the path at the front and the carpark at the back)
Record to network storage device (no need for DVR or PC to be on 24/7)

I know this is quite specific and the fact I don't want to pay too much means I can't be too choosey but I found this:

Please could anybody advise if they have had experience of this camera or maybe suggest an alternative?
