Is the camera inside an enclosure or has glass/plastic in the front of it? If so, the LED's are reflecting back. Then you need a camera without LED's and use an enclosure with LEDs.

What's probably hapenning is you are getting fog on your lens. Just go out at night and check. This is why outdoor enclosures have a ventilating fan and some have heating elements.

WE have 3 outide cameras One is on the garage with no cover around it. It is working fine. The other is on the side of the house with a cover just on the top to proteck it from the rain, it is ok. But the one along the drive way is the foggy one. Will take it out of the box and see what happens tonight. Will get on this site tomorrow at about this time to let you know. Thanks Dennis

The ones that are exposed to air movement are less likely to fog up the lens than one that is enclosed in the bird house.
