Need Wireless IP cam w/ audio port(s)

I am new to the camera world and looking for help from some of you experts.

I have a school project which is in need of a wireless IP camera that can be placed inside of classrooms to record lectures. It will need to be high enough quality so that whatever is written on the board can be seen clearly. I also need it to have an audio port or two to connect a wireless mic. Anyone know of some good cameras that can meet these specs but doesn't go too overboard on price?

Will someone be operating it and can zoom and pan or is this in a fixed position? Most commercial grade cameras with audio have the ability to have external mic & speakers.
