Hello,

I have bought 2 cameras, and have 2 existing ones (BL-C10) which I wish to sell.

I wish to de-register the 2 older ones from the viewnetcam service, but the only options seem to be to change the name or de-activate.
If the camera is taken to factory settings, it still seems to be able to pick up the old name from the viewnetcam service, not sure if ip address, mac address?

Any ideas please, without having to completely de-register from the service and then re-registering with the 2 newer cameras?

Thanks,
Stephen.

I'm replying to my own message, as there is a de-register on the viewnetcam.com website, which then takes you to a page listing all the cameras, where the ones you wish to disable can be selected.
