Vivotek ip3132 Don't Work - Only Red Light and Green

Hello. I have a Vivotek ip3132.
Yesterday when I logged on to the main page of the camera did not have access ...
The camera just does not work flashes the green light and four times the red does not get IP... one green flashes ....four red ..... one green ...four red . ( Someone help me?
I've tried to reset by pressing the reset button but nothing happens ..

We think you can only contact the support of Vivotek company! This should be hardware problem!
