You are looking for NVR software not a DVR
The only software that I know that handles multiple camera playback is Milestone software. Either than that, every other software I have demo'd only showed one camera on playback. _________________ - - - - - - -

Cross check the D-Link cameras against the Vivotek range. Some of the new D-Link cameras I suspect are re-badged? Certainly the playback software looks the same to me. If so, the Vivotek playback software does simultaneous playback of all recordings from a given start date and time. _________________ http://www.ipcctv-security.com for web enabled cctv products and services...

Vivotek and D-Link software are identical. I believe the launched a new version of their software. This might do multi camera playback. I think D-Link has the new version as well. Try downloading the latest version and see if it will work for you _________________ Administrator

Hi Eric,
Just to warn you, I want to tell you what software is not good with especially DLINK 2xxx and 5xxx - is ActiveWebCam.
At frist I had troubles myself and lately found it in test results of ActiveWebcam on www.video-home-surveillance.com . Before we have used it with Axis and it worked ok, but it is deadly slow with D-link and Vivotek.
FPS is really low!
I hope it will help you. _________________ Design your system using IP Video System Design Tool !
