IP wireless camera from In****c not performing

I bought a IP wireless camera from the a company who claims it is the best partners in singapore. The image of the camera is really bad and constant freezing occurs in almost every file. The salesman who came to check after our repeated complaints said this is acceptable. We were very puzzled. How can a camera with a image that cannot even see clearly the eyes, nose, mouth be acceptable and how can the frequent freezing which may cause important images to be missed out be acceptable? Really frustrated with this company as I think this camera I bought is like a white elephant.

Stick to the market leaders in this busines, ACTi, Arecont, Axis, Messoa, Mobotix, Panasonic, Pelco, Stardot, Vivotek. Absolutely avoid any unbranded cameras, cameras nobody has heard of because eventually you will want to have a PC setup with software to monitor and record and if you buy something obscure, even if it is good (which is rare) it may not work with the software you like.

Tks. I am waiting for the company to give us other option but it is not very forthcoming. Just want to share my experience so that others will not end up like me. For those who wish to know which company can always message me.
