Hi,
Does anyone know how perform a hard reset of the the TeckNet Pan/Tilt IP camera?
http://www.amazon.co.uk/TeckNet-IP-camera-Build-Server/dp/B000G7P728
I've recently sold this camera on ebay and the buyer can't get past the login screen - unfortunately I can't remember the password, I don't ever remember setting up a username/password. I'm hoping that there must be a default username/password combination or the ability to perform a hard reset of the device.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

Usually these sort of cameras have a recessed button you press for a few seconds. Look for a hole somewhere in the back or bottom and stick a paperclip in there and see if you can feel a button press. Then hold it down while the camera is plugged in for like 10-15 seconds . _________________ For network camera articles and reviews, visit my blog at http://ipcamnetwork.wordpress.com

Thanks for the reply. Will pass the message on to the buyer and see if it works.
