Someone please help!!

I am using Windows XP, a Linksys wireless router, and trying to configure my Gadspot NC1200 IP Cam.

As soon as I run the setup utility (IPCam Master), I get an error message from windows:

IPCam Master has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Error signature
AppName: ipcam master.exe AppVer: 1.0.0.30 ModName: comctl32.ocx

ModVer: 6.0.81.5 Offset: 00020f51

The camera shows up on the network with the IPCam Master utility, but it won't let me click it before the windows error message makes me shut it down.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! I am so frustrated!!

Thanks,

Brett

That program is useless anyway. If you have a WRT54G router or any of the linux versions of the linksys variety just go into the configuration status and lan setting it will tell you the ip of the camera. I usually set the ip using the mac address so they don't change on me. Just remember each cam has two macs one wired one wireless.
