question: is it possible to use a iphone as a network camera and an ipad cam viewr through internet or thought the icam or something

If I understand the second part of your question correctly, it is possible to use the iPad as a cam viewer. iPad uses the safari browser and I can view each of my Axis cameras using the browser and logging directly into the camera as well as a 3rd party app for all my cameras.
