Hello All, (first post)

I'm trying to upgrade my security system from analogue cameras to digital IP cameras.

i bought a set of cameras 10 .

5 are SAV-CSI018

details (http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/264833821/megapixel_IP_Box_Cameras_SAV_CSI018.html)

5 are SAV-CSI020

details
(http://www.alibaba.com/product-gs/264832228/megapixel_IP_Cameras_SAV_CSI020.html)

The problem im having is that i cannot connect the cameras to software such as eyesoft or Milestone.

My setup at the moment is :

Windows 7 Computer , 1g nvidia card, 12 GB ddr3 , 10TB
or
Windows XP Computer , 1G Nvidia, 8GB Ram, 10TB

Using a lynksys router wag120N and a cisco 24port switch

--------------------------------

I can ping the cameras and i know that they are connected but how can i connect them to the computer? even when i try to use the web interface of the camera it doesn't appear.

---------------------------------

if anyone has encounter this issue or have any suggestion will be welcome.

worst case scenario will be replace the cameras with a known working cameras like the axis.[/url]
