Hi all

I have to grab images from a CCTV analog Camera( Composite Signal) programmatically. Earlier i had succesfully grabbed imaged from IP Camera by sending continiuos http request.
I bought Composite to IP Converter (IP box model:IP101) but unable to get images from the camera using http request.
Earlier i was using
Code:
http://camera_ip/image
repeatedly to grab images (jpeg)

now when i enter the http request i go to administration page of the converter device and ther i see options for video streaming etc and i can also get video stream in media player. I don't know what request i should send to module to grab images.

From manual the protocols supported by converter device are : FTP/PPPOE/DHCP/DDNS/NTP/UPnP esc. Internet protocol

View Source on the camera viewer web page and find the stream source code

From my axis camera it looks like this

http://192.168.1.109/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi

This is the part your looking for in the stream code somethat looks like this then enter your IP followed by axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi

Thanks for the reply,
Clear me if i am wrong, Source Code of the stream means the URL of media player (in Camera Web page video is displayed in Windows Media player) . Earlier i was grabbing IP Camera images in the form of "JPEG" through http requests , so even if i found the source of stream then how could i get "jpeg images" because i think windows media player does not receive jpegs but :"rtsp" etc.

Do you get jpegs from axis camera stream source i.e.
Code:
http://192.168.1.109/axis-cgi/mjpg/video.cgi

Actually i have to programatically diaplay jpeg images 10-15 images per second on picture box control , earlier i was grabbing jpeg from ip camera with http request for each frame(Jpeg) and then display images(as video) in picture box. I want to do same here without using media player or VLC.
