Hello. i hope any one can help me. im having problem find the ip adress after i reseted the camera. it came a IP software whit the cam that i installed. i contacted the TP-LINK support line by e-mail for any help. disable the firewall and antivirus. looked into the router management page, but no ip to find.. the camera link is blinking when i press search on the software. but it dosent come up any ip.. ive tried to reset it by holding the reset button 15 sec. but no luck.

this is the cam TP-LINK TL-SC3130G

does any one here know what i can do to get this solved?

You can download the search software of TP-Link ip camera! Then you can run this software to find the ip address of your TP-Link ip camera ! Generally the ip camera manual document also have the default ip address, user name and password.

Most routers will give you a list of devices connected to your LAN and I narrow the possibilities down and try them out on your browser.

Ditto buellwinkle... I sometimes will have the camera powered down, router's log open, refresh the log then immediately power up the camera wait a moment, then refresh the router's lig. It should show the camera as it connects to the network aling with the IP. If the router blocks it due to inability to authenticate, the router's log will show the attempt, IP, and reason for failure to connect to the network.
