Does anyone have experience with the ICamView Video Server (also sold as SVAT IP100, IP200, IP300) which utilizes 2 x USB Webcams?

I personally have not. Is it a video server that converts a USB webcam signal to IP? _________________ Administrator

I tried their demo but I just get an authentication error. I found their contact info (on the about page because their contact page doesn't work) and I sent them off an email. It looks like they are based out of Taipei. _________________ Administrator

It has to be said, avoid these like the plague.
The web interface to them is absolutely terrible, and only works about 30% of the time. And you can forget connecting any software to them for recording.
They use a combination of cookies and cgi scripts to authenticate users, and a proprietary stream protocol. There is a still JPEG option, but it hardly ever works.
