Panasonic BL-C10A - Color Night Mode Question

I read that this cam had "color night mode" and relatively good performance in low light. Much like this person, I need good but not great low light performance for baby monitoring. I have the camera but I cant find anything relating to color night mode.

I have image res on 320x240, Image Qual set to "Favor Quality", and Refresh Interval set to Motion. I am assuming I would need to crank the brightness all the way up at night? Anything else I am missing?
