E-mail settings in Axis207W?

Hi!

I have a problem with the settings for my hotmail account.
Are not sure what to write in all the fields.
DNS Configuration & SMTP (email) Settings??
I'm confused!
Need help! Please

You should write information to smtp item. This function is not related to dns item.

Many ISP's like AT&T DSL or Cox Cable will not let you use just any smtp server, they block it. So check with your ISP and they'll provide you with the SMTP server, port number and if you need to log in and what to use for the userid and password.

Maybe if you tell us your ISP, someone here with that same ISP can provide you some information.

Is it my ISP´s Primary/secondery DNS server that i should fill in under
"DNS Configuration"? Its a swedish ISP called COMHEM.
I also need help with my SMTP settings. Intend to use Hotmail.
Get gray hair from these settings.

timhillone When i try to fill in the SMTP settings it ask me to fill in the DNS Configuration first.

Yes use your ISP's DNS servers.

Hotmail will not work most likely with your camera as it requires SSL. Call your ISP and they should have an email server for you to utilize along with all necessary settings.
