What is expensive? Costco sells a 4 camera CCTV with a DVR for $299. But in life, you sometimes find, that you get what you pay for. I've found that every camera I've used that was made in Shenzhen has poor optics and poor color accuracy. Not necessarily bad, depends on your needs. A few dollars more for a product from nearby Taiwan is so much better.
