Ganz DDK-1000
It took a while to get this camera to work with Blue Iris

JPEG request mode
http://192.168.1.**/dms

MJEPG
http://192.168.1.**/ipcam/mjpeg.cgi?language=ie&ifrmonly=1&audiostream=1

Mpeg4
http://192.168.1.**/ipcam/mpeg4.cgi?language=ie&ifrmonly=1&audiostream=1

Hopefully this helps someone..
