Good morning all,
i bought this camera as i like my gadgets.
I am ok on pc stuff, i have bought cam which i believe is a clone from dealxtreme via ethernet and it works panning and titling.
Hope to get into the world of wireless cameras and know how-tos
Many thanks

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your first camera. I use a camera like that, got it on ebay but DX sells it too. We use it at our cabin to keep an view on the indoors for security. Serves it's purpose until I replace it with something a little better.

If your clone is same as mine, click on Network then Wireless Lan Settings. Check using wireless lan, enter the SSID of your WiFi network, select encryption if you use encryption, like WEP or WPA. Same stuff you enter when you connect laptop.
This sort of thing should be posted in the troublehooting section.

Hi there! I think it is better to get away from clones. Though there are a few that are still made with quality, still nothing beats original stuffs. _________________ infrared security camera
