I bought four Trendnet IP cameras and had intended to develop a one or two page guide on how to set it up. However, the guide grew to 24 pages in Microsoft Word format with screen shots of setting up the camera, the router, obtaining a DDNS address, and setting up the router for port forwarding. The document runs 9.5Mb and can be downloaded at http://cid-2bd8cae019203074.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/IP%20Camera%20Setup.doc
I now have four IP cameras up and running which can be accessed outside my local network for a live view and will also send snapshots to my website when motion is detected by a camera.
I thought the guide might be useful to others setting up a similar network.

I found Taiwanese cameras are pretty good. How's the image quality? Can you post an image indoors and out to see how it looks?

Not bad. Is the couch purple or is that the IR lighting that is causing that?

buellwinkle,
The couch is dark brown, the low light conditions causes the camera to shift the colors. Daylight colors are fine as are colors inside with good lighting. However, even outside, as evening approaches, the colors will shift.
