Bought one on eBay, didn't come with the darn setup disk! Does anyone have one to share?

Is there any way to get this thing working without the setup disk?

Thanks,
Scott

I found the manual on the Panasonic website here http://service.us.panasonic.com/OPERMANPDF/BLC10A.PDF

I couldn't find any firmware updates or software on the Panasonic website. You might want to call their technical support if you need those.

It doesn't seem like there is a way to setup the camera without the CD, UNLESS, it's already been configured with IP address and you know what it is.

Basically, it seems like all the CD does is launch a small app the seeks out the camera on the network and programsit with an IP address based on your network.

If you ask me... go to RadioShack, buy the camera. copy the CD.. and return the camera. A bit unethical, but oh well.

It turns out I figured out how to set it up without the disk. I downloaded the manual and found out the default IP address is 192.168.1.253. Pointing the browser there brings up the buit-in setup pages.

Now after getting it all set up, I want to move it to another ISP, but I'm having trouble getting it to take the factory reset again -- the topic of another post!
