Eyemax DVR on web

Hi, i'm trying to connect an Eyemax Dvr on the web so that i can view the dvr from any computer outside my network, i tried connecting it to the web but the only thing that i'm able to do is view it on the computers and phones(wifi) connected to the modem(2 wire from AT&T) that is connected to the dvr. im using a static ip which i register with a domain on www.dvrdns.net that's how i connect on the house to view the cams. i want to be able to connect from different places but i haven't been able to do the correct set up. Your help is appreciated,
