hi guys,
this is my first post here because i'm hopeless.
Yesterday i received my Cam (foscam like) and it come's from this factory(?) http://www.easynp.com/ProductShow.asp?ArticleID=422 .
The bottom of the device is like this : http://nl.tinypic.com/r/er0n4n/6 and the firmware details are : http://nl.tinypic.com/r/s0vqck/6 with the UI like this http://nl.tinypic.com/r/2mcx6xy/6.
Yesterday i have a skype contact with the sale's of that company and ask for a firmware update. He told me that there is a firmware update but he won't send it to me because he has been afraid that the firmware will be send to foscam. Today he tried to update himself but thats not possible.
someone who know where to find the correct firmware ???

Today the person tried to update my device but he didn't well. So i asked to the file , and the response was negative. I ask to some friend in shenzghen to call the company and ask in chinese the File's.
Also a negative Response.
So the only thing i can say is : KEEP AWAY FROM EASYNP because they don't give a shit of their customers.
After that i ordered i real Foscam , so i have 2 cam's , a Real and a rubbish one.

I have an IP camera from EasyN.
Last time, I visit EasyN's website www.easynp.com, and i got the update files from online service guy. He is very kind to teach me how to operate for the updates as there is some risk to make the camera broken. He suggested me not to update by myself if i do not get confirmation for everything OK.
Maybe you can have a try again now.

So, look at the money spent on that camera or should I say brand.... Maybe pennies compared to a world-class quality camera and most likely you will have new problems shortly. Now, calculate the time spent dicking around with the problem. Multiply the time by what you think your time is worth and add it to the cost of the cheap chinese made camera. Did the sum come out MORE than a good world-class quality camera?
