I have a Sony PTZ SNC-RZ25N that was color. It has lost all color and only is B&W. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi nvrpc,
Your camera will switch to black and white whenever the infrared cut filter is open (night view mode). What you need to do is close the IR filter. Check the settings inside the camera for the day/night mode. make sure these are set to closed for day viewing or "auto".

Well we have done everything you have suggested and even did a reboot and default configuarton along with reconfiguring again and my so called color SNC-RZ25N is still B&W even during the day when all my other camesr that are color are color
