I downloaded the free version of Milestone offered and tried to execute the program. The very first thing it came up and said was," this program can not open unless I use small text". I don't even have that option available from my control panel. I run a 20" flat screen at 32 BPP and at 1680 X 1050 becasue this machine is also used for CAD and I need the high resolution. How do I get this program to run at my settings.
I also need to know if this program will allow me to record to my 400GB DVR and will it store each frame seperately when I am at the 30FPS caputre speed. Will these individual imagnes be of hig resolution and therefore capable of being digitly enhances. _________________ Free Men Own Guns, Slaves Don't

Hmmmm good question I have never heard of that error before. Your best bet (sorry - like I said in the last post you made) call Milestone tech support. They would be able to answer those questions for you.
Sorry I couldn't be much help! _________________ Administrator

Sorry guys, been very busy and not had chance to join in the forum. Hope this is better late than never and others will find helpfull
The problem you are experiencing is due to the DPI settings on you machine.
If you right click your mouse while over your desktop you can access your "Display Properties". Select the last tab "settings", Select the Advanced button at the bottom of the screen.
Under the DPI setting adjust it down to normal.
This should resolve the problem.
Hope this helps.
John

I just dumped the milestone software off of my computer and am now using my old 4eyepro and express 6 to monitor my camera. The resoltuion if 100X better and it doesn't cost $800+ dollars to monitor two cameras. I can monitor four on my 4eyepro and 6 on my express 6 in excellant resolution with full internet access and control.
Thanks for the information and the trail. _________________ Free Men Own Guns, Slaves Don't
