It is technically possible to offer Hosted Video Services on a limited basis with Milestone Xprotect Enterprise. But, there isn't a true license structure to support that kind of service as far as I understand. I am curious if there are any other users out there that would like to see this as an option?

-PS- A complex approach could be to setup partnerships for licenses. One could find groups and have an agreement to split the license cost, in exchange for occupying the same server/system. Then the partners are the owners and users, and the only "hosting" is the physical storage, and servers as there is no clause about the system running on the license holder's servers.

To my knowledge, the only "gotcha" is that the enterprise servers must be installed and running on a single entity's property. So if you were to host recording solutions for small end-users who had only cameras on-site and you then recorded video over the WAN, then that would be fine. Anything else, and I'm sure you could find a solution by starting up a dialog with our sales guys.
