18 IP CAMS + 4 VIDEO SERVERS

I have been put in charge for replacing our existing CCTV system. We are looking to replace most of our existing CCTV security cameras with IP Cams. We will be keeping 4 of our CCTV security cameras and we want to convert the video signal to an IP Cam signal.

We are looking for an Installer who will create this for us and ship it to use preconfigured. We will do the physical installation ourselves.

We require the following (these requirements have been based on what I found IP Cams are capable of)

All security cameras will be based on Motion Detection
We will be keeping recorded video for 30 days. Old video will be cycle recorded over.
6 of the 18 IP Cams will be placed outdoors and will need enclosures to keep the temp at a reasonable level.
DVR software will need to be easy to use
We want the DVR software to be preinstalled on a server.
